| I am not an IT specialist whatsoever. Even worst trying to get use my hand with Window 8 Laptop and android smart phone, cloud here, cloud there until my self also gone down with the "cloud" things let alone the terminologies involved. Recently, I attended a course on Internet Business which requires me to have a web domain and hosting and apparently ICore was the chosen one based on my previous experience where my Company used it. Struggling with the step by step of setting up the web page for the Internet Business and eventually uploading to the web hosting, the web page did not refresh!!! One would imagine the panic one self have to face being in such situation with no one to help. Suddenly, with just an email to ICore support center, they had helped all the way whilst the problem is simple that was not covered by my Internet Business course, I have managed to set up the business. | I've been dealing with icore since about 5-6 years ago where my friend owns a forum in here. 2 Years ago I started a business providing web designing services to my customer and ever since then my bond with Icore get stronger. To be honest, I couldn't expect to receive this kind of 5 star services from Icore at the starting. Throughout the years, they've proved their efficiency and professionalism level to me, and even at midnight they respond to my technical request. Icore has proven to me that they have a high quality SLA that exists in their group. This is one company where you will not feel dissatisfied towards their services, no matter you're simply buying a RM40 only domain or a full dedicated server from them.
